Demon Fighter Kocho by Ashtray
Boobs, retards, ghosts and more boobs! Yay for high I.Q.'s!!!!

Story "Story?! What's that?" is what could be read on the lips of the script writers from this ecchi/fan service OVA. Well basically it's about a university that has a very prominent Superstition institute, then some students have started going missing, with each occurrence having a smaller time gap between. And with the help of a nose bleeding perverted teacher, they find out their school is haunted, and it's up to the perky minded and curvaceously structured foreign student, Kocho, to stop them! Animation & Sound Considering this is kind of a new title (well it's not an old one at that) the animation is nothing special, it's not crap, but it doesn't stand out. Nice bright colors with decent amount of frames pretty much make up this extremely long series, containing a whole episode!!! Hot damn! Did I mention this is Fan Service City 2000? Well with that said you could imagine the outfits (and lack thereof, on occasion) and personality of the characters. The sound is quite all right. From the day-to-day

activities to dress removing power surges, it delivers with grace. And the music is pretty bearable with a jazzy theme song that you only hear once or so.
And miraculously I did not rip my ears apart with a rusty spoon and poked holes into my brain with the dubbing, it was actually quite bearable, although obviously the Japanese version is way better, although Kocho has that stereo type high pitched innocent little girl voice so many other anime characters have and I swear they all use the same voice actress for all those roles!

Characters Well this 1 episode OVA doesn't have any character development at all, nor any poignant backgrounds. They are also quite bland and not exactly extremely likeable, from the smutty sister, the shy Kocho, and the perverted temple master/teacher, none will really grab your attention. 53% This is a fairly run-of-the-mill ecchi/fan service OVA, it would have been better and I would have liked it way more had it been longer, but come on, one episode!?! That's shorter that a school lesson!!! But oh well, watch it if (male) you are thirteen and really hormonal or (female) you are gay/bored/dared/paid to do it. It's kind of funny, it's sort of perky and it's brutally short, oh yeah and it's very scanky, so if that steams your pot then watch it. Let me add that this is not a very bad anime, but when you really look into it it has too many problems and lacks in any depth, but entertainment is found here (only if you like this kinda stuff that is).
